Requirements to renew your notary commission:

• At least 18 years of age
• U.S. citizen (if not a U.S. citizen, a recorded Declaration of Domicile from your local courthouse is also required again)
• Florida resident
• Completed application and bond forms
• Current or expired Florida notary commission

Please mail your application and bond forms (no sooner than 120 days prior to your current notary expiration date) to our office with your payment of $95.00. We accept personal and company checks, money orders, and purchase orders made payable to Florida Notary Association, Inc.
