Requirements to become a new notary:

• At least 18 years of age
• U.S. citizen (if not a U.S. citizen, a recorded Declaration of Domicile from your local courthouse is also required)
• Florida resident
• 3 hour notary education course
• Completed application and bond forms

Please mail your application and bond forms, along with your certificate of completion to our office with your payment of $95.00. We accept personal and company checks, money orders, and purchase orders made payable to Florida Notary Association, Inc.
